The Socialist Democrats and Labor Unions that have controlled Philadelphia for years now, have admitted that they have lost control over the city. Teenagers are now arrested by the local government if they are found anywhere in the city after 9 PM. The government also stated that the local government will also charge and arrest the parents if their children are arrested.
