Congress needs to provide a $7,000 combined annual tax credit for the next 3 years ($21,000 over 3 years), for ANYONE, any Landlord or Business to purchase energy efficient appliances or A/C units, windows, insulation, flooring , pool repair, a new roof, or re-painting.

Each State needs to shift from a "Union State" to a "Right to Work" State. Local and State governments must have the legal power to cut the budgets vs. being forced to either increase taxes or create more government debt to pay for Union benefits and workers.  Government workers pay must be adjusted to the private sector in order to reduce taxes for the working families in the community. Union pension plans need to be phased out and converted to a 401(k) plan where the employee funds their own retirement with employer matching.
