One of the nation’s most prominent Christian ministries has decided to take Christ out of its name – a move that has generated cries of political correctness from within the evangelical community.

Campus Crusade for Christ International announced this week that it will change the name of its U.S. Operations to “Cru” in early 2012.

“We felt like our name was getting in the way of accomplishing our mission,” said Steve Sellers, the vice president for Campus Crusade, noting that the ministry will still be committed to “proclaiming Christ around the world.

A sign of America's Future? Progressives have demonized Christians and the word "Christ" to the point were Christian organizations are now removing the word Christ from their organizations. Yep! That's right, the Progressive Socialist Movement in America has become so strong and successful, that Christian organizations are losing freedom of religion.

“Our name was becoming more and more of a hindrance,” he told Fox News Radio.

When will Americans' stand up against the Progressive Socialist Movement that is expanding in our schools, colleges and government? The radical left continues to promote religious and income class hate where college kids are now conforming to a new Progressive America.

Since when is the word "Christ" offensive and is a "Hindrance" in America? Are the Progressives moving slowly to Anti-Religion where 40 years from now there will be fewer Christians in America?

Progressives continue to get rid of the Pledge of Allegiance in classrooms, to end prayer at high school football games, and remove the word "Christmas" from all government buildings, schools, and even in the private sector. Freedom of Religion is under attack in America and hardly anyone is speaking out about this. 20+ years from now, the next generation of Progressive voters will out number the Conservatives where being Christian will be demonized to the point where the Socialist Government will replace Freedom of Religion and Christ with a popular Socialist leader. America is making a mistake by repeating world history.
