The MasterCard website suffered a cyberattack apparently linked to the WikiLeaks scandal Wednesday, as Australia's foreign minister blamed the United States for WikiLeaks' massive leak of diplomatic cables and military information.

I am not sure why the US is being blamed for this. Our security is only as strong as our weakest keeper of secrets. You can lock up anything you want to but the person doing the locking up, or who created the data in the first place is still the "weak link".
